Damages and Issues

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product after your return request has been approved and place a new order for the replacement item.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, we will gladly assist you. If the shipping address provided at checkout was correct, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

If the package cannot be delivered or located after 30 days, you may choose either:
